The free sample has up to 20 of last week's homes in your areas and the full count by suburb. Plans renew until you cancel. Prices are in Australian dollars. I'm not registered for GST, so no GST is added.

Your plan is set by the number of homes a month across the council areas you pick, counting only your trade's home types. Monthly prices in Australian dollars, ex GST.

  • Each council area takes at most 3 businesses per trade. The first pays the plan price, the second 1.5 times, the third twice. If one of your areas already has places taken, the price follows that area.
  • Annual billing: pay for 10 months, get 12.
  • Above 1,500 homes a month, or for an exclusive area, email me for a quote.

How it works

    The price follows the number of homes finished there each month. Not sure yet? Ask for a free sample.

  2. Pay by card, get last week's list

    Stripe's secure page takes the payment. Last week's list for your areas arrives minutes later, so you can start today.

  3. Every Monday, 7:30 am

    The homes finished the week before, as an Excel file with a map link for each address. No home is ever sent to you twice.

Questions

What is on each row?

The address, suburb, postcode, home type (new house, granny flat, duplex or dual occupancy), the date the occupation certificate was issued, the council, a map link and the certificate reference. The Summary tab counts the homes by council, home type and suburb.

Does the list include owner names or phone numbers?

No. The list describes properties, not people: there are no names, phone numbers or email addresses of owners or residents. Most customers letterbox or doorknock in the weeks after the date shown, while the owners are moving in.

How fresh is each list?

Each Monday list covers the certificates issued in the seven days to the Sunday before. A few come through some days late; those go on your next list marked "Arrived late", so you still see every home, once.

Why only 3 places per area?

A list that every business in town gets isn't worth much. Each council area takes at most 3 businesses per trade; later places cost more. When all 3 are taken the area shows as full, and you can join its waitlist.

Can I see a sample first?

Yes. Pick your trade and areas above, enter your email and business name, and press "Email me a free sample first". You get up to 20 homes from last week and the full count by suburb, so you can see the real volume before paying anything.

Can the list go to more than one person?

Yes. Under "Send the lists to", use "+ add another address" for up to 3 addresses in all, for example yours and your office's. To change them later, reply to any list email.

How do I pay, change or cancel?

By card through Stripe, monthly or yearly. To change your areas, reply to any list email. Every list has a link to update your card or cancel; cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep getting lists until the end of the period you've paid for.

What if the first month isn't useful?

Tell me within 30 days of your first payment and I'll refund it in full. After that, payments for periods in which lists were sent aren't refunded.

Do you charge GST?

Prices are in Australian dollars. I'm not registered for GST, so no GST is added.
